 rmance of the 1823 poem "The Night Before Christmas" by Clement Moore. Gue
 sts will tour the only remaining pre-Civil War plantation home in Oklahoma
  by candlelight\, watching the poem come to life. "The Night Before Christ
 mas" describes a Christmas Eve night when a father wakes up after hearing 
 noises outside. He sees eight reindeer pulling Santa Claus in a sleigh\, w
 hich lands on the roof of the home. Santa slides down the chimney\, leaves
  gifts in the stockings\, then calls out "Happy Christmas to all\, and to 
 all a good night" as he flies away.
