DESCRIPTION:Get into the holiday spirit with dinner and some live music thi
s December when Legacy on Main Street in downtown Eufuala presents Legacy
Live: "A Blue Christmas" an Elvis Presley Tribute. Oklahoma entertainer Br
ent Giddens takes to the stage for a celebration of Elvis Presley’s musi
c and enduring appeal. For Giddens\, the road to performing as Elvis began
with an unexpected turn at a karaoke microphone. In 2010\, while working
as an Oklahoma basketball coach\, he sang “An American Trilogy” at a T
ulsa hotel. That performance caught the attention of an Elvis fan who enco
uraged him to pursue tribute work\, opening a new chapter beyond the baske
tball court. Guests can make dinner part of their holiday outing or choose
a show-only ticket. Dinner guests will have a choice of beef medallions w
ith a mushroom white wine cream sauce\, or shrimp Vol-au-vent\, featuring
puff pastry filled with shrimp\, mushrooms\, and artichokes in a Parmesan
cream sauce. Both selections will be served with Caesar salad\, garlic bre
ad\, garlic rosemary smashed potatoes\, and bacon-wrapped asparagus. Desse
rt will be cherry butterscotch bread pudding topped with cinnamon whipped
 cream.
