Rain-Out Date: Oct. 22.Bring the whole family to downtown Ponca City for an evening filled with trick-or-treating, games, activities, costumes, and plenty of Halloween fun. Local businesses, organizations, churches, groups, and community members will line Grand Avenue with decorated booths and treats for children of all ages. Charity Angel AMBUCS is proud to continue this beloved community tradition as the primary host of Goblins on Grand, in partnership with Ponca City Main Street and Heather Cannon Honda.
