About this event

Tours leave every 30 minutes.Head to Fort Towson this fall for the annual Doaksville Candlelight Tour featuring a half-mile walk full of fascinating history. The tour will make stops at the headstones of notable, local people buried in the 180-year old Doaksville Cemetery. Scholars and re-enactors stationed at the gravesites, dressed in historical clothing, bring the names on the headstones to life through storytelling. Don't miss this spooky and educational event at Fort Towson this October.
