Celebrate the season in style with the Pioneer Woman Statue & Museum. At this open house event, guests will have free admission to all museum galleries, enjoy special holiday deals in the museum's gift shop, and savor the flavors of a hot chocolate bar with all the fixings. Outside the museum, view the Pioneer Woman Statue, a 30-foot tall work by artist Bryant Baker. “Confident” depicts a mother in sunbonnet holding her son's hand as they walk towards the horizon. It was unveiled in 1930 and stands as a monument to the women who helped found Oklahoma as a state.
