Celebrate the centennial of Route 66 with a free concert by Bob Wills' Texas Playboys at Guthrie Green in Tulsa this November. The band carries the legacy of Bob Wills, the Tulsa-based musician widely known as the “King of Western Swing.” Western swing blends country and western music alongside jazz, blues and big-band music. Bring a blanket and settle in for an evening of lively tunes and Route 66 fun in the heart of Tulsa. This special concert is part of the Route 66 Centennial Celebration taking place in the Tulsa Arts District.
